Join us on April 24th at 7pm for an exclusive JUSTIN Vineyards Wine Dinner! For $79 per person, enjoy a three-course meal paired with selections from JUSTIN Vineyards, chosen by Master Sommelier Joe Spellman. As the national spokesman for JUSTIN and Landmark Vineyards, Spellman is a respected writer and educator, known for his contributions to top wine publications. This intimate event will take place in our private dining room and will showcase a three-course food and wine journey.

First Course 
Lobster Corn Dog with Napa Cabbage Slaw and Pommery Hollandaise
Pairing: Justin Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course 
Orecchiette Pasta topped with Chef Aldo’s Famous Bolognese Sauce and Parmesan Cheese.
Pairing: Justin Cabernet Sauvignon

Third Course 
Braised Short Rib topped with a Cabernet Franc demi-glace, Potatoes Anna, and Baby Carrots.
